BOOT CAMP TRAINING
This unique training is based on Israeli Military and Special Forces
It’s based on strong cardio training, physical conditioning, and fun.
Suitable for all ages and levels, it can range from a fun seminar to an intensive workout, depending on the group’s level.
This training lasts 1-2 days. We recommend combining it with other training programs, such as winter/summer camps. Combat Fitness Training – A cardio workout that uses calisthenics, plyometrics, and strength training (using medicine balls) with a high fat burning rate that increases muscle tone and reduces body fat.
