KAPAP INSTRUCTOR COURSE (IKMO)
Duration: 4 modules – Total 40 hours of training + final exam
PURPOSE: To train certified instructors according to the technical and educational criteria of the International Krav Maga Organization, led by Grand Master Marco Morabito.
Method: Israeli operational combat, adapted to civilian, professional, and military contexts.

TECHNICAL PROGRAM (4 MODULES)
Objective: Understand the guiding principles and biomechanics of the Kapap system.
Historical Origins of Kapap: From Military Defense to Civilian Application
Differences between Kapap, Krav Maga, and Other Israeli Systems
Fundamental Principles: Speed, Surprise, Adaptability
Fighting Posture, Balance, Reactive Movement
Breathing Under Exertion and Tension Management
Basic Strikes (Hands, Elbows, Knees, Feet)
Active Protection and Instant Counteroffensive
Dry and Partner Work (Individual and Pair Drills)
Objective: Develop effectiveness in close-quarters combat situations.
Defense against holds, chokes, pushes, and blocks
Defense against punches and kicks – managing attack lines
Immediate transitions: defense, control, disengagement
Concept of "entry" and "finishing move"
Controlling the opponent and managing hostiles
Tactics in closed spaces (doors, stairs, vehicles)
Defense against multiple attackers (strategic use of the environment)
Simulations with stress and limited time
Objective: Acquire technical skills in defense against and with weapons.
Static and dynamic knife defense
Defense against threats and gun attacks (instructional training)
Weapon control, disarmament, and safety
Working with a short stick – attack, defense, neutralization
Introduction to the telescopic baton and its handling
Survival tactics in armed contexts (adapted military concepts)
Mixed combat: empty hands + weapons
Simulations with rubber weapons and safety protocols
Objective: Train instructors capable of teaching the KAPAP system effectively and responsibly.
