This covers all defense techniques based on simplicity: they use natural body movements and instinctive reactions to particular dangers. This minimizes the number of movements necessary, shorten the reaction time, save the energy of the body, thus creating effective action. The techniques are performed simultaneously in order to surprise the opponent, also a basic technique can be applied with flexibility to different scenarios of aggression.

The courses are open to all kinds of people, regardless of age, sex, physical fitness and teaches how to defend themselves from own point of view, technically and psychologically. It's important to develop the right technique to acquire a correct physical and mental capacity in this way to react to obstacles and thus improves you get more confidence in themselves. It therefore offers the possibility to satisfy the need to feel safe and secure in dealing with difficult situations, when you need to know how to defend.
